Refund Policy

Here at Digital Group Audio (DGA) our mission is to make products “For the Customer, By the Customer” and our customer service will always treat you with the respect you deserve.  We treat our customers the same way we would treat a good friend!

We stand behind our product which is why we offer the following refund policy:

**General Return Policy**

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your Livespeakr, there is a 30 day return period beginning the date that your Livespeakr is shipped. In order for us to process your return it is required that you obtain an RMA number as well as ship back your Livespeakr (all contents of original package must be included).

Upon receipt and processing, you will be refunded the full price except shipping and handling. This process generally takes 7-14 days.  If this has not occurred after the specified time please notify us and we will solve the issue immediately.
